Relevant Experience

Amy currently lends her talents to the Empire Builders Group, a joint venture business and technology consulting firm. The group serves businesses looking to subject matter experts and their department of specialists for on site work, business development, special projects, mergers, acquisitions or on an ongoing basis.

Amy’s expertise includes all manners of business planning, data analysis, business intelligence, process engineering, software implementation, program and project management and strategic technology consulting. Her clientele are principals, CFOs, CMOs in businesses where strategic intelligence is key.

Amy works on full time, part time and temporary projects. She is available virtually or on site, as necessary. She is actively seeking contracts in the Middle East, Asia and Australia in the areas of strategic planning, technology or program implementation, and other launch-up projects as needed.

Current Volunteer Service

Amy volunteers her time to SCORE: The Counselors to America’s Small Business as a National Task Force Member to implement the SalesForce CRM in 400 nationwide chapters and to assist the Gallup Organization in developing technology tools for small businesses. She presents workshops, speaks and consults on business information systems for the national office and for partners such as American Express | Open for Business.

She serves her District (the largest in the country) as the District Vice President of Information Systems and Technology.

She continues to serve as a business mentor and workshop leader for the Philadelphia local chapters and mentors over 50 clients annually.

Amy is a member of the Philly Startup Leaders, a techprenuer organization in the Philadelphia region and chaired their 2010 Founder Factory Presenters Committee. She actively participates in other industry initiatives in and around the Philadelphia area.

Relevant Previous Experience

Amy recently transitioned from her two year tenure on the Philadelphia SCORE chapter leadership team as the Vice Chair of Technology where she helped establish technology systems, most notably in the areas of operational efficiency. This chapter went on to earn the 2011 Chapter of the Year award in their District.

She owned and operated two previous technology businesses and has participated in material operations or held board seats for various other start-up and seed companies.

Her previous regional, national and international corporate experience includes implementation of best practices in Fortune Global 500 companies on multinational project deployments or with VC backed startup systems and planning. Amy has helped financial firms increase their raise and ecommerce businesses double their revenue. Her technology implementation and strategy have improved the bottom line of global non-profits and she’s effected turnaround in million dollar service businesses.

She attended the University of Oxford in England and holds a B.A. in political science – nation building.
